Beautiful views from the restaurant and the room. Comfortable beds. Room setup had extra sink and vanity which was convenient. Nice restaurant and friendly staff

When we arrived there was a make up smear on one pillowcase, but the staff changed it immediately and offered a discount in the hotel restaurant/ bar for the inconvenience

"Stunning view, spacious rooms and welcoming staff"

Stunning view from the rooms both on the mountain side and glacier side. Staff was very welcoming at the reception, bar and restaurant. Really make you feel comfortable. Room and bathroom are spacious and bright.

Maybe would be nice to have bigger cups for tea/coffee at the breakfast. Current cups are way too small. Enough only for two sips. But this is not a disadvantage, just a point to consider. For the rest hotel is great!

we had a decent one-night stay, and barely something to complain about - spacious rooms, great staff and good food. though, the prices were even for Icelandic standards very high

it could certainly be a bit cleaner (a lot of dust everywhere and the shower leaked where it shouldn’t) but else everything was fine
