It was good the hotel is near to the important locations for tourists clean and the staff is good

The position of the place is perfect. I had a wonderful time there.

It’s in a very central location. The location is simply perfect.

There is no breakfast or similar service provided. There is a lot of noise coming from outside, especially at night. The internet connection is very weak and often doesn't work at all. The shower is in very poor condition — instead of flowing properly, it just leaks. There was no toilet paper in the room, but Madame Maryam kindly gave me some after I asked. There were no clean towels either, but she provided one when I mentioned it. The bedsheets were black, which felt unusual and a bit unpleasant. On the first night, there was a large bug on the wall, and I didn't know what to do.

The facility , the room,was not clean, it was very hot,no AC ,no air conditioning, washroom very small, bed was broken,no lights in both washroom and the room itself, cabinet was broken and dirty.and we paid extra 16 euro on check in. Plus many other things

absolutely fantastic location, host was out of this world friendly and welcoming had review been solely on her 100 out of 10 even with language barrier she went above and beyond to make our stay fab, i wanted to take her home with us!!!

the description isnt correct i was looking for a seafront on arrival it could do with amending as its nowhere near the sea its a good spot though markets, parks, public transport on doorstep

It was right in the middle of the Médina and the staff were very friendly and funny

I booked and paid in advance through Booking.com and even called the hotel to confirm. However, when I arrived, I was told that there was no reservation under my name. After an hour of stress and back-and-forth discussion, I was finally given a room. Very disappointing experience. Poor organization and lack of professionalism. I do not recommend this hotel.
