I loved my stay at Sid El Aidi Hotel! The staff were friendly, especially Mrs Meriem!the room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect near the old Medina. Highly recommended!

The receptionist miraim, was very helpful and enthusiastic, despite the language barrier she helped me with anything I needed. Private bathroom was clean. The place doesn't deserve such a low rating.

If you want to experience the local life I really recommend this hotel،at the heart of Rabat city in a popular area where you enjoy eating good morrocan food with cheap price,even you don't need to use transport to go visiting Rabat famous monuments all nearby ,I recommend it for humble people those not expecting lexurus stay for cheap price.

The bathroom is a bit small for taking a shower

The room was big and the bed was comfortable.

It wasn't on the beachfront as it was described. Hot water took ages to get to the bathroom. Internet was very weak in the bedroom and often it had no internet at all. The manager only spoke French and Arabic which made it impossible to communicate.

Location is very convenient.in the middle of traditional markets. My room wasn't very big, but it was clean, with comfortable bed. Check in and out is so easy. Friendly and very helpful staff. Mariam مريم is a very nice 10 star customer care.

It is inside the Medina, next to a mosque and you can also leave the Medina in 2 minutes, due to its proximity to the entrance. The girl at reception speaks or understands a little English and French, but I was able to communicate with her anyway :) I needed some information and she put me on the phone with a lady who spoke perfect French.

Next to the hotel they serve food and in front there is a store that sells everything. That little store closes very late, around 2am, the noise is a bit annoying.

my experience was awful In this hotel . The room was unclean , with visible dust and dirt on the floor and The bathroom as well and when I went to sleep alot of Cockroaches in bathroom that keeps come out to the room and my bed it was terrifyingly I literally didn't sleep the whole night , I had to leave after the first night even though I have paid for 4 nights before I came but I couldn't sleep or stay there anymore , The overall condition of the hotel felt neglected.
