MY1. Cheap and affordable yet magnificent view. 2. big parking space 3. got a restaurant nearby 4. very nice view and excellent weather 5. they provide park and place for kids to enjoy the mount kinabalu view. we got rainbow and magnificent mt.kinabalu view that day. 6. 7 minutes from kundasang town.
Part that can be improve : 1. Drainage system. we can smell the "longkang" smell from the toilet. maybe can come up with another solution. 2. Not too clean duvet. they provide us duvet but it is not perfectly clean. but still can manage it. maybe the clean water problem. 3. Old Furniture. maybe can switch to new yet cheap furniture.
