GBLocation is amazing here and good to have 24 hour reception.
The bathroom is a disgrace. No hot water and completely floods as the whole room has one drainage point that isn't at the lowest point. Means once someone has had a shower you can't use the toilet or hand basin without getting wet feet.
THSome room has very nice view, some rooms the view was blocked, it might be better to ask to see different rooms. Very beautiful sunrise view from the balcony. Staff were easy going. Has restaurant on site.
The cleanliness and facilities could be improved. The light was white , would be nice to have small light.

Lack of basic facilities in the room to include towels and toiletries. Moreover the bedding is below par. One finds it difficult to sleep.

Bit far from town area
GBVery nice location with great views and nicely maintained garden. Plenty of parking and a good restaurant on site as you cannot easily walk to other places. Provided cockroach spray promptly when that was needed. Good air con and things like a kettle which are important for sterilising water bottles. The room was pretty clean compared to what I found elsewhere in Sabah. They provided new slippers for guests which was good.
Finding a cockroach wasn't great but the hotel did provide spray. Shower was only luke warm until we worked out you have to lower the water pressure to get it warmer. There was a pair of pretty dirty and stained flip flops in the bathroom, which reception suggested were for us to use in there. Neither of us was going to wear those.
MY
