"Poorly run , dated rooms , no air con , staff overstretched ... very disappointing"

Surroundings , very pretty , shame that the surroundings did not match the stay in the hotel

Hugely understaffed , boiling hot room with no air con and a tiny window , TV remote did not work , lift broken , had to run up an down to reception 3 times , couldn't find staff on reception or bar so had to gate crash the wedding party to get a member of staff to assist me . Fire alarm went of at approx 00:30 . Did not stay for breakfast because I was so disappointed with the whole experience

Nothing at all

The room we booked was not available. The room we were given had stained carpet and was dirty. The manager who was on call was extremely rude to her staff member who tried his best to help us. Overall the hotel was poorly run, dirty hallways with a damp smell and poor management

We stayed in the honeymoon suite. Fabulous bathroom and bed was so comfortable.

It was a little quiet and dark in the dining room. A bit more ambiance would make it perfect.
