Ok place, if you want to stop over for Bromo experience. Very friendly people

Fantastic location. Hot showers. All staff were pleasant and super helpful arranging trips and transports.

Nothing I didn't like. Rooms are basic and quite tired.

absolutely dreadful, needs to be knocked down and rebuild. had booked for 2 nights but left as quickly as possible after 1st night

The location was the best but the rooms were smelly and old. The hotel needs to be refurnished and refurbished.

Smelly rooms especially the toilets and no water pressure. Cold room, too expensive for the price and not hotel but homestay. Everything needs to be refurbished.

Unfriendly staff. Bed linen was seemingly unchanged from previous occupants. Was changed on request. No hot water in shower. Lukewarm only. Not enough pressure to shower. Toilet leaking on bathroom floor

Very nice location with fantastic view of Bromo mountain and it's surrounding.

We know nothing & don't expect for double payment of entry permit even just to stay at your hotel. Morning breakfast is subjected to be drastically improve as it's menu is too limited and not so interesting.

The only thing is the view. We can see Bromo just a few steps outside the hotel

We booked 2 rooms. The water heater doesn't seem to function so water is super cold. No heater at all. Not for the fussy cos toilet looks disgusting and floor not clean.
