Bromo Permai 1

good location. very near BROMO

the shower hot water sometimes have and sometimes not have.

The staff helped us with buying our shuttle tickets when we had trouble with our credit card. We paid them upfront but we did not expect that they would say yes. The room service delivered us our dinner even though it was raining like crazy. The shower had constant warm water and was nice. Great location for hiking

The ATM nearby was broken so the nearest ATM was 30min away with motorbike We did not have a wardrobe to put our clothes in. We also could not hang up our wet clothes from the rain. So we had to hang it up on the curtain holder. The TVs resolution was also really poor. The breakfast could have had more variety. No Heater. It can get really cold in the room

Location near to Bromo. Warm water in shower.

The room was among the worst I have ever been in. Smells not only of mold but also of lacquer. Mold on the window blinds. Small, few spots to place your belongings. Dirt everywhere. The bathroom smelled even worse and was equally dirty. The outside area is full of litter. Staff seems not to care at all. We left early since this was hardly bearable. This whole place just seems so depressing and weird. I seriously do not understand where the huge amounts of money from tourism go, but definitely not into the hotel nor the town itself. Mount Bromo itself off course is impressive but next time I'd rather stay in Probolinggo and do a day trip for less money.

Good selection of breakfast buffet with a change in the type of rice and noodles for every day that we stayed there. The facilities were of good condition and sufficient for our use during the stay at Bromo. Location was superb and the view of Mount Bromo from the hotel was awesome! 10/10 would stay at Bromo Permai 1 again!

Though the facilities were of good condition within your room, certain locations of the hotel were dusty (probably due to the constant ash from the mountain). Following which, some small insects and spiders would hide in those locations (Ultimately its super near to the mountain so unavoidable)
