Bromo Permai 1

The location is just perfect, with the most spectacular view of Bromo. I loved the no-fuss feel of the hotel.

The gas-fired water heater in the bathroom is a 'novelty' for me.

Hotel had no information about the jeep trips to the Bromo crater or could not explain about any other trips excursions that could be made . Map of the area would have helped and sheet on the Jeep tour. Level of english very low

The close proximity to Bromo caldera, the beautiful view, the hot water in the shower, the nice staff and great restaurant, overall a good hotel in the vicinity.

There were stains on the blanket, the hot water was too hot and no way to bring it down, the room is still generally cold although I guess it's warm in bed.

The location is great, right on the edge of the caldera. The room would have been nice, had it been clean.

Way too expensive for what you get. Our room wasn't clean at all, so we told the staff to clean again. To no avail, in the end we had to clean ourselves. The shower was clogged so it was flooded each time we showered. Breakfast was below average.

There seem to be very few good choices in Semoro Lawang, read lots of horror stories but this hotel is one basic OK place. We expected hell but got a place we could sleep in comfortably. Beds were comfy with clean sheets (but stained bedcovers) Room was clean (we had the family room) It had enough blankets for us to keep warm all night. Staff was friendly Kettle and instant coffee in the room

The hot showers are based on gas on-demand individual units that are probably so worn out they dont work at all. There is a single faucet in the shower, so when the gas seldom unit starts its too hot water then it shuts down and its freezing cool shower. Breakfast is terrible. Better choices nearby. Expensive for Indonesia but normal for Semoro Lawang average stay.
