Although I booked a hotel almost a month in advance, but upon my arrival on November 26th, I was informed that no room was available. Despite my repeated requests, as the booking was already paid for, the hotel staff refused to accommodate me. This situation was extremely distressing, especially as I traveled from Europe to attend an important exhibition. To make matters worse, I received no prior communication about the cancellation, neither from Booking.com nor the hotel itself. However, I did receive an email from Booking.com asking me to rate my stay, which is completely inappropriate as I was denied the service I paid for. The unprofessional behavior of the hotel owner, manager, and receptionist was unacceptable, and they failed to provide any assistance or resolution. As a result, I had to urgently book another hotel, incurring additional costs. I am requesting a full refund of my original booking as well as reimbursement for the extra expenses I incurred to secure alternate accommodation due to the hotel’s failure to honor my booking.

Worst hotel service ,no cleanliness very.bad odour from every linen and from washroom also.rude behaviour of the owner sitting on reception hotel name was vertigo not as mentioned in the booking application.
