- A.C was not working properly and after multiple complaints it was not fixed , neither changed our room. - I requested for early check-in by 1 hour only, but they asked for ₹500 additional charges, while total cost paid by me for this hotel room for 1 day was ₹1380 only. - I asked for breakfast which was mentioned ₹125 per head to be paid directly at hotel, but they told us that this property doesn't have such kind of breakfast available at ₹125 and all you have to order directly from their restaurant menu where cost of single bread butter or Aloo paratha was ₹100 approx. - Inside room also, exhaust fan was broken and not working in washroom, there was no hand wash available and they provided normal soap only for every use. - Washroom was very dirty and smelly. - Bedsheet was looking not changed for long and smelling. - No electric kettle was available for hot water and neither any glass for drinking. - When returned back in night around 11 PM, the main gate to reach this property was closed as it's located under a gated community, so I had to walking for around 1 Km from a different gate NOTE: Overall I suggest not to book this property for a comfortable stay.

It is terrible hotel to be listed.

Worst experience of my life The took 2 hrs for check in just because they want us to go offline booking and asking 5800 And we booked at 1800 Even there name is different (vertigo not collection O)
