Room was big as expected

1. Bathroom,toilet and the accessories which we use in the bathroom not washable it’s look like public toilet just like we use on road 2. Floor of the room are very sticky can’t walk without footwear 3.blankets,bedsheets, pillow were not clean even they did not wash that 4. Phone not there in the room to called reception or for the help 5.Ac is not working properly the ceiling fan also not properly working 6. No tea bags or any sugar salt they provide in the room and give 10rs 1 single water bottle so we can order that from there so they can charge 40 or 50 rs for 20 rs bottle because from the outside also they are not allowing 7. Morning breakfast also not available this time they provide bread toast the sabudana khichdi they provide that is also one day old 8. 3260 rupees they have charge for deluxe room I don’t why they have charge this much as the room quality and service which = 1500 because the guest are facing multiple issue this is not 3 star hotel this third class hotel I can say 9. In the night also the pub dj sound was too much till morning 3:00 Am so we can’t because of that loud music

Pathetic breakfast. Toiletries aren't provided in the room (Especially your toothbrush and toothpaste) Air Conditioner wasn't cooling enough.

Poor room maintenance, poor room service, lazy staff, poor breakfast

Very pathetic not even value for money. It strongly suggests not to book this hotel. It's a completely red flag. It is surviving on its banquet and the owner of the property is not concerned about the hotel . Please do not book this hotel
