"Overall very satisfying except for the noise."

Clean and hygienic. Well designed room and bathroom.

There was just a little bit of carelessness in cleaning the room before emy arrival. One of the room service staff was very rude demanding money for the meal upfront. Food was good but the Gulab Jamun was of Chitale and was highly over priced. Rooms were not sound proof. The music from the lounge below could be heard till 1 am.

"Only stay here because of its great location. For everything else, stay away."

Location

Overall quality of service. We switched rooms, from 501 to 508. In the first room, the intercom and TV weren’t working. In the second room, DTH wasn’t working and there was no warm water despite turning on the geyser. Service staff were clueless and indifferent. The breakfast in the morning was awfully barebones!

"Not satisfactory, totally waste of money."

Front office first ask for the balance amount before check in, they reminded me even after payment done. There were no toiletries, slippers available in the room. The room was noisy. Not more options were available in the breakfast.

"Not a good experience"

The breakfast was horrible. The bathroom wouldn’t close and the noise outside the room was unbearable especially during 2-3am.
