1. Our room floor was completely wet for the whole time we stayed. We called the room service, they mopped it twice but again it used to go wet on its own. God knows how. Looked like the walls and floors absorbed water from somewhere so the system is horrible. 2. The bedsheets were very dirty and stained. Even the fresh ones. 3. There was a cockroach in the food bowls when we went to have breakfast in the morning. Nobody cared to notice it and when I pointed they just Changed the food inside the bowl and not the entire bowl.

Stay was comfortable, check in was fine. Wifi was passable.

But the check out was horrible, waited for a bell boy for 30 min, Noone arrived, said the same thing on call as well. But no response, packed all bags, went by myself, then for coming down late 30 min which was because if them. They changed me 500. And spoke rudely about my professional that is Indian Army. And made sure me nor my acquaintance ever visit that property again. Sad state of affairs.

Breakfast need to be improved

Price was too high and room cleaning was not good, Refrigerator also not there

I like the location, its in the center of the city.

I didn’t like how the staff behave. They are both courteous and polite. The way they handle situations is kinda rude. I think the place is not safe too, coz there is a bar on the 2nd flr and there are drunk people walking on the hallway.
