narrow streets with difficult ingress and egress...finding adequate parking can be difficult

Perfect location high in the old town above all the tourist hastle. Large rooms with balcony. Reasonable breakfast.

Parking near the property is difficult. Only payment in cash possible.

It was mostly clean & rooms were a decent size.

The manager is horrible & has a serious lack of customer service skills. We took cold showers and he wound shut off the air conditioning units anytime we left the property- even if it was 10 minutes! Things were not as promised- no coffee maker or irons in the rooms. No toiletries as promised. Basically, you didn’t get anything that was promised on the booking.com website.

Very different from the description on booking.com - small rooms, one common terrace, they didn't clean the room or make the beds, only one coffee cup was removed

Clean room in a nice place. Close to the old town.

We booked 3 rooms with parking for our motorbikes. Instead we had to leave our bikes on the road outside that was very dangerous and unsafe. The rooms were supposed to have a safe parking and breakfast. We were told that they dont serve breakfast because the season is finished.
