I didn't stay in the property, I wonder you didn't have that download

I didn't stay in the property coz it was so dirty. Shared the same with OYO guys, but the response is pathetic. The listing is diff, the place look absolutely diff. Dirty sheet, torn pillow cover, deaf staff. Overall worst experience ever via Booking.com
