I must say... excellent food, v good chef, just the right variety and choices. The people working there are your biggest strength. They r v good.

The rooms don't have the choice of getting natural ventilation in the night. Having mesh windows to keep mosquitoes out and just the fan would have been nice.

It is a lovely location by the river with cottages overlooking the riverside, specially a few of them. We were checked in another room, but on our request transferred to the ones that face the riverside - those cottages are really lovely with open air bathrooms, modern cozy amenities, and a lovely outdoor patio to sit. The room is very well thot thru - rechargeable torches, folding chairs, umbrellas and toiletries in place. What topped the experience was the kitchen and the food - loved all my meals, the friendly staff and the lovely outdoor setting if one wanted to eat outside. The property is not as big as JLR or Serai that I have been to - but really lush and green. The jungle safari they arranged gave us the most fantastic guide who ensured we see the beauty of a tiger in the wild.

The location is perfect if you want to go on a safari. The place is beautiful, near the water, with a large lawn... It's very pleasant. And with kids, it's just perfect: they can run, swim, play badminton...

It's a bit expensive for what it is. The tents are nice, but we had an ant invasion in the bathroom, and the wifi didn't work. The food is good but not excellent. You can't book a safari in advance, even though I imagine that's the main reason most guests come.

Price for value is a little bit too high. Of course you can enjoy safari only at 20 min from hotel.

The food was excellent. The staff were super fast and very attentive. Outstanding service.

On the main gate, it was mentioned Fireflies Cabin Wellness centre but inside there is no spa although in every room spa rate charge mentioned, even I asked many times for the spa but nothing happened or any positive response came from the Manager itself. Yes property location is good but approach road is horrible, management is increasing more rooms to stay but not adding facilities like bon fire, local dance, karaoke, spa/yoga etc to spend time inside the resort. Bar also was not there, so guest have to bring liquor with them if needed.

Rate is not justified at all with the resort charge and facilities what they are providing. It's charging like 5 star whereas it is like 2 star in real. So management is completely making fool to the customer for the charges.
