Staff super friendly and nice facilities

Location and food

Calm, serene place. Food and restaurant staff were amazing, special shout-out to Subhash.

Tent we were in was nothing close to pictures, it gave a clumsy, force-fit, suffocating feel. Person as the reception, did not give any friendly vibes, and did not provide accurate information at many stances (as if hiding information)

Calm, serene place. Food and restaurant staff were amazing, special shout-out to Subhash. Room was beautiful, and properly kept. Patio was a cherry on the top. Friendly Staff.

Although mentioned, room does not have tea/coffee maker and refrigerator. No hand-towels in room, even upon request. Receptionist did not seem to be welcoming.

The food and the staff were really great

The aircon in our luxury tent was not working, so we got upgraded to the premium suite the first night, but then we had to stay in the hot tent without aircon the second night and they were unable to fix it. They did provide an air cooler as an alternative though

The property and staff were very good. We had a really great time at the resort and it is close to the Kabini Safari entrance. The resort food was delicious.

Nothing really, the road to the resort was bumpy and not maintained

This resort is located in a beautiful place among lush green vegetation and backwaters. Very calm and peaceful. The stay includes all three time meals which were very tasty. Non-veg can be a bummer sometimes but their veg items were top notch.
