No breakfast available. Facilities were not modern, older but clean. Price was excellent, considering close location to the casino we were visiting. Not much too choose from in Hayti for lodging, and the more updated choice directly across from the casino was over-priced by 50%, compared to the Regency, just 1 mile from the casino.

Not much to complain about, just what we needed for a one night stay.

Linens appeared clean

Cockroaches. Strong smell of pot smoke. Lobby was locked, had to speak to desk clerk thru a window until she knew we had a reservation. Lobby was full of old furniture and a/c units. No food or drink available. Not even coffee. Outside hadn’t been mowed in a long time.

We never stayed there.! It was a few hors from our destination. It was across the river with no way to get there without driving around to the few bridges that passed over.

The advertisement said 15 minutes from Tiptonville Tennessee. ONLY IF YOU HAVE A BOAT!

"Not super comfortable the bed was hard the bathroom light did not engage until several flips of the switch"

Clean I wish that I had taken pictures of this room, but I did not. I did not like the fact that he charged me for my dog.

Tv did not work! I had to call the front desk to get him to come down at 10 o’clock in the evening to turn on the television. Turned it off for the night and to turn it back on in the morning it would not engage.
