Regency Travel Inn

The room had small bugs that crawled all over the floor. I first noticed them coming out from under the bedside table and then saw them all over the room. I was not comfortable walking around without shoes.

no ice machine. staff was unreachable to discuss. room had sewage smell.

Sure the Wi Fi is free because you can't get connected to it with a laptop. That is why we demanded a refund and left. But, there were other signs of being a bad place to stay. The dead bolt lock on the door DID NOT work, heater sounded like a truck in the room when it came on, and lamp shade was nasty with I don't know what. All the elec outlets were overloaded. Mold or dirt in bathroom. We were only there about 30 minutes. When I asked for a refund and explained the problem the Manager said Wi Fi wasn't his fault and didn't want to refund cost. But immediately changed his mind when I told him I would let the police decide the issue when they arrived because I was definitely going to call them while standing in his lobby.
