Sinclair Bay Apartments

The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything you needed. Bedrooms a good size. Good base to explore the North East.

A little noisy being above the pub. Showers not very powerful.

Love everything about this place! Was our second stay at Sinclair Bay and yet again was exceptional! Beautiful apartment very spacious and spotlessly clean. Brilliant facilities for families; games, books, tvs in every room lots of bathrooms! The apartment is also close to some beautiful beaches and within short driving distance to lots of places worth a visit! The pub down stairs serve the most amazing food too and at great value. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Honestly couldn’t fault it and will definatly be heading up again next year!

Nothing it’s just perfect! Only suggestion is perhaps an air fryer for the kitchen? The oven was as a bit of a squeeze when cooking for 6.

There was a rat that ate our food.

The flat was spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds very comfortable and the place warm. It is a good position for exploring NE Caithness. The food in the Inn below was excellent.

Having to check out at 9a.m. It's too early when you are on holiday

Great location, easy parking and impressed by the accommodation. Really clean and had everything we needed to max our time. Ate in the pub downstairs and also cooked our own dinner in the apartment on other evenings. Having both options was ideal particularly having a proper kitchen to allow us to have easy breakfast and make our packed lunches with proper sized fridge and freezer. Big Tesco just 10 mins drive down the road outside Wick Super friendly staff in the pub, but left alone to enjoy our stay. Ideal. Definitely recommend. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, livingroom and dining kitchen. Much more spacious than we expected. Livingroom and kitchen at one end, bedrooms along the hall so easy to separate for anyone in our group who fancied an earlier night.

You can hear the banter in the pub downstairs from the apartment but it wasn't too loud to stop us all falling asleep and the jukebox volume was turned down later, and was more background mumbles than disturbing. Something quite friendly about hearing folks enjoying their night tbh! Wouldn't stop us coming back, and we should probably have taken better advantage of the free pool table! Really nothing to dislike about this accommodation and excellent value. Highly recommend.

Lovely home, lovely location, hosts were amazing, lovely little welcome pack of biscuits (which we completely forgot about :() and milk. Very spacious and well kitted out

Nothing bad really, stairs up to the door are a little tricky with luggage and children, sometimes couldn’t get hot water in the evening, not a huge issue as we just bathed in the mornings
