Great location to base yourself from away from central Wick. Major shopping available 15 mins away by car for all your self catering needs.

So much space! The apartment is enormous! It has a lovely cosy sitting room, a modern and well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, beautiful bedding, and spotlessly clean! It was in the perfect location for us to explore the beautiful Highlands. The food in the pub below was absolutely delicious and the staff were lovely and friendly. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Spacious apartment. Home from home.

Stairs up to the apartment are tricky especially with bags but john the landlord acknowledged that and said he had plans to improve.

Cleanliness, size,all the little touches like condiments, milk sugar coffee salt pepper ect and the shortbread biscuits there after a 9 hour drive was a nice touch.the meals we had in the pub down stairs was fabulous couldn't fault it,very friendly helpful staff.

Stair entrance was a bit nervous going up&down them especially when it had been raining. Also no fault of the owners but no Water first day there so couldn't brew up or have a shower.

Lovely stay , the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable family stay. The staff are great as are the hosts John and Nicola.

Loved the size of the place, the amenities were perfect. Everything is well thought off and made available. Location is perfect, it's very close to the beach and to the ferry ports.

Nothing as such, but it would help to have hooks on the doors of the bedroom and bathroom doors.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sinclair Bay and will defiantly be visiting again. The apartment was beautifully decorated throughout, with everything you could possibly need inside, I mean we were spoilt with the amount of bathrooms! Perfectly equipped for families too we went with a 3, 5 and 7 year old and they had lots of room to play. Also was lovely to find milk and bits upon arrival, there were games for the kids to play as well; all lovely little touches. The apartment was immaculately clean too and in a really good location. Best of all it was close to some beautiful beaches and in a quiet and rural location. Despite this it was not too far from wick and it’s shops and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area easily enough to fill a week or two. Pub downstairs did lovely meals and staff were lovely and friendly. Absolute gem of a place!

Access was via narrow external stairs which was not the best when having little ones. Also some areas of the property were looking a little tired especially around the showers.
