The reservation / and follow up from hotel was good.

The location was reasonably convenient, although the property’s description made it seem closer to key areas than it actually was. My main concern was the service experience. Upon arrival, late at night, check-in took longer than expected, with a delay of about 5 -10 minutes after identity was confirmed at the front desk without communication on the reason for the delay. The dining experience was similarly inconsistent. After placing an order, I received a call from the kitchen advising that an item initially believed to be available had in fact been out of stock since earlier in the day. The meal eventually arrived close to an hour after it was ordered. While none of these issues were major in isolation, together they created a poor experience. For a hotel positioned in a prime area of Lagos, I expected a more seamless and well-coordinated guest experience. I hope the team can improve coordination and service delivery, as the property itself has potential.

I liked the location and the overall surroundings. The room was good for the rate.

The booking reservation was seamless. No hidden fees or cancellation charges. The hotel called prior to arrival to confirm reservation, arrival time, and directions. Reception manager and staff are very professional, courteous and made my stay truly comfortable. Free breakfast was okay. Paid for lunch and the food was palatable. Good location and quiet environment. Highly recommended.
