Mye små maur. Nærmeste nabobygg var lokale med haner som bråket hele natten og masse hunder som bjeffet hele kvelden. Selvet hotellet var mer eller mindre tomt. Det var kun frokostservering ellers var bar og fellesområdet mørkt eller fylt av lokale ungdommer og de som jobbet der.

The only good things about this hotel are the staff, they were super lovely, the size of the rooms and the location.

The hotel did not have a restaurant or bar like advertised. This is the main reason we chose this hotel and so it impacted our stay majorly. No one advised us that the restaurant had closed prior to arrival or upon check in and we felt tricked into booking and paying for something that was never going to be delivered. We may as well have booked a cheaper hotel for just a room without any facilities The pool area looked derelict and univiting, especially since the pool walls and floor were filled with green algae. We were not able to leave as we could not get a refund or find another hotel at such short notice for all 4 of us for our 12 day stay. One last note, be aware of the 4 loud roosters, they crow literally all day and night, not the hotels fault but they could fix up their doors and windows to make them more sound proof. Instead you just get handed ear plugs on arrival, which isn't a good start.

The location and rooms were lovely

The breakfast was below par ,and was constantly mucked up ,we decided it was easier to go out for breakfast . No staff to ask questions or get service from .

Breakfast improved after complaining on the first day. The room was clean and location was great. Close to beach and Icon mall. Very spacious.

Breakfast was cold even the coffee. Roosters kept us awake from 2am onwards. Needs to be soundproof rooms. Shower needs to be separate to bath. Needs room service menu. Pool needs cleaning.

We loved the location and it was lovely and clean with friendly staff.

Unfortunately the kitchen,bar and dining room were all closed, staff said they were undergoing renovations and the building maintenance needs to be improved.

Roof pool. Staff as helpful as they could be. Nice layout and roomy suite.

No restaurant; closed for some reason, so I'm glad we didn't book for breakfast. Shower head goes everywhere. Can't use toilet paper; high pressure bum gun and a pat down, then paper in the bin?!! Have to purchase gas if you want to cook. Kitchen badly equipped. Fridge tiny.

We stayed here with our baby - staff were very helpful and friendly. The standard of cleanliness in the room itself was very high. The room was much bigger than expected, and we were lucky enough to be given one with ocean views. Location was very convenient to the beach, Icon Bali and Byrd House.

Although we were a few floors up, there were noisy roosters several properties away that were still reasonably loud. There was also an intermittent mechanical noise we could hear from the bedroom that seemed to come from a neighbouring property. It would suit people who are not light sleepers.
