The Kayangan Sanur

The rooftop pool was excellent with great views of Sanur. The location was good, an easy walk to the beach and a fantastic café across the road. There were lots of massage parlours nearby and the shopping centre was in walking distance. The room itself was massive - with its own lounge and dining area, a lovely bathroom, and a small balcony. It would comfortably suit a couple or even a couple with a young child. I met the owner and he was absolutely lovely, very friendly.

It would have been nice to have filtered water available in the room. The restaurant wasn’t open while I was there (it was opening the day I left!) so I didn’t get to try it. The view from the room wasn’t the best but that’s being nitpicky, I really couldn’t fault the hotel and would stay again!

Location was great, close to good cafes, warungs, beach, everything. Staff was super helpful and kind.

Area is noisy, neighbouring places have roosters crowing all night and day, no seals on windows had the wind banging the blinds and frames all night.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel en plein travaux. Pas de restaurant disponible ni de petit déjeuner et des bruits de travaux dès 8h30. Personne n'a pensé nous prévenir au moment de notre réservation afin qu'on puisse annuler si cela nous dérangeait, nous avons été mis sur le fait accompli. De plus, bouilloire sale dans la chambre, aucune possibilité d'utiliser le gaz sans frais supplémentaires, un bruit sourd et intense constant comme un moteur jour et nuit, avec un voisinage très bruillant comme souvent à Bali je pense (chien qui aboient beaucoup dès le levé du soleil de coq) Le personnel peu anglophone pour certain et ont voulu vérifier la chambre avant notre départ. Je pense que l'on est en partie tombé au mauvais moment avec les travaux, mais la moindre des choses aurait été de prévenir les clients.

The property is one minute walk to the beach. The staff were wonderful and kind. The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and with beautiful views.

The shower head can do better and maybe needs to be replaced for better water pressure.

The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room exceeded my expectations
