petit déjeuner fabuleux emplacement, tranquillité.

impossible de communiquer (même un minimum) en français. seulement une machine à café dans la chambre, pas de bouilloire ni mini bar matelas très mou. personnel assez peu souriant sauf au restaurant le soir (paiement en plus)

"Tolles Angebot in wunderschöner Umgebung"

Die Lage, Ausstattung und vor allem die Zusatzangebote sind sensationell. Neben dem feinen Nachmittags-Zvieri kann man täglich das Skigebiet und das Bogn Engadin benutzen.

Einzelne Mitarbeitende haben die vom Chef vorgelebte Herzlichkeit und Kundenorientierung noch nicht intus. Von den 3 Hotels ist das nur im Belvedere der Fall.

Das Frühstück ist excellent.

Das Dessertbüffet war okay. Es hatte eine grosse Auswahl. Alle Mousse waren zu dick, nicht leicht und schaumig genug. Das war schade nach dem exzellenten Abendessen.
