Schön restauriertes altes Hotel an zentraler Lage mit Direktzugang zum Bad

Für den Preis ist das Zimmer im dritten Stock zu klein. Kein Schrank. Zu wenig Ablagefläche für Koffer. Kein Tücher-Trockner.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr gross, bietet diverses, wie Balkone, Bar, eigenes Spa.. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Die gute Lage direkt beim Bad.

Das Zimmer roch übel. Als ich dies an der Rezeption mitteilte kam der Zimmerservice und drückte mir einen Raumduft in die Hand. Die erste richtig schlechte Bewertung für dieses Hotel. Ich hoffe das Hotel verliert nicht die Qualität von früher nicht. Preis/Leistung stimmt für mich nicht und zwar trotz des erhaltenen Rabattes aufgrund meiner Reklamation nicht. Zudem waren beim bezahlen falsche Getränkekonsumationen auf meiner Hotelrechnung, die dann anstandslos sofort korrigiert wurden.
