Nothing that we liked.

We recently stayed at this beach-view shack for 2 days, and unfortunately, the experience was nowhere close to what was promised or what we expected based on the pictures and reviews online. To begin with, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were extremely disappointing. The rooms were untidy upon check-in, and the washrooms were not cleaned properly at all. The biggest issue was the number of flies and insects, the moment you leave the door open even for a minute, dozens of flies enter the room immediately, making it very uncomfortable to stay, especially with family and kids. However, the most disappointing part of the entire experience was the behavior of the property manager, Bhushan. Honestly, he is one of the rudest and most unprofessional people we have come across during our travels. There was absolutely no hospitality or welcoming attitude. Every time we asked a simple question or requested something, his expressions and responses made it feel like we were asking for favors for free instead of being paying guests. The way guests are treated here is completely unacceptable. Another major issue is the misleading “breakfast included” concept. Please be very careful about this before booking. It is NOT a buffet or proper breakfast service as advertised. They only provide a very limited item per person (in our case, just one paratha counted as one plate), and if you request anything extra, they silently add it to your bill later. This honestly felt misleading and poorly communicated from the beginning. The location and beach view may look attractive initially, but trust me, good views alone cannot compensate for poor hygiene, rude management, and misleading hospitality practices. Would genuinely recommend travelers especially families to think twice before booking this property. There are far better stays nearby that offer cleaner rooms, better service, and respectful staff for the same price range.

There is no ac working in the room

The location was perfect. Our upstairs room was large with an outdoor space. The staff were exceptional especially Tashi who was always ready to help.

Location and food was good.

Rooms were not clean. Curtains had stains. Sofas had stains. Beds for sure had bed bugs. Woke up with nasty bites and even a spider bite according to my dermatologist who i had to see asap the next day. Insects flew into the room at night I was startled awake by something on my arm. Nightmare experience. It might look clean but bed bugs can be so so tiny check for tiny red dots that spread when touched. Disgusting. Too many flies n insects at night in the balcony too. Would not recommend staying here.

We can’t comment because on arrival they said the air con wasn’t working and moved us to a shack at the back of a nearby restaurant

The property we were put in was at the back of a noisy restaurant so when we went to bed it was like being in a nightclub trying to sleep. Plus very little privacy as you could here people in the restaurant talking
