Balreask Bar, Restaurant & Guest Accommodation

It was a good location for what we wanted to see.

The pillows were flat and need to be replaced. We had problems with getting the heat to turn on. There was only 2 bath towels, one for each of us and they were pretty thin,

Breakfast could have offered more variety eg( fruit yoghurt etc.when the tea arrived it taxed of salt and we had to return it.indeed the waitress stated that the salt was added to the boiler ,she then brought a fresh pot from the coffee machine.

Face cloths for the room..shower looked grubb yalso

Staff were very friendly

Room not as advertised. Beside a main road (so lots of loud traffic and cant sleep), a security light that flashes regularly through the window and very strong smell of bleach

Highly recommended

breakfast was excellent as was the meal the previous evening! both staff and other customers very friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend both for the food and comfortable rooms

all good no complaints!
