Balreask Bar, Restaurant & Guest Accommodation

Stayed here before and went back based on my first stay, first the accommodation, top notch and comfortable, cleaner than some 4 Star hotel rooms!, staff were wet friendly and professional, nothing is a problem and they go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable. Food: this is where they excel. It's not a Michelin restaurant but it's next best thing, delicious, hot and served with a smile. I think they've won awards also for their carvery which is to die for. Finally any review wouldn't be complete without a nod to those that made the stay memorable. Enda, the boss, Gunther the manager, Joe and Nicu at the bar and all th wait staff, all know their job and function like a high performing team, you wouldn't see it in a corporate environment. Well done Balreask team 👍

Staring at renovations from our room. The wait staff waited almost an hour after we finished our dinner to bring the tab. Same thing after breakfast No one in the office. Had to check in at the restaurant

Staff were very nice, room was clean and modern, bed really comfortable. Also free parking space.

The room was up 2 flights of stairs

The property was very well sound proofed

The turning area for drop off was very tight
