Rooms small asked on day of booking for twin room got a double. Toilet seat was hanging off the toilet.

The rooms small. Only some staff friendly. Spoke to a manager this morning and he was rude and never turned around to speak to me face to face

Lovely bar and restaurant. Staff are great and very welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and you are very well looked after!

The bed was a bit small a bigger bed and our stay would have been perfect!

We were going to a wedding in a Boynehill estate, and chose Balreask as it's less than 5 minutes away. That's no reception as such so we went into the bar/restaurant to get checked in. There are some rooms attached to the same building as the bar and others in a separate one, with another block being built. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent - very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't fault anything they did. A button came off my wife's dress and they helped pin it together for her. Thank you! It isn't an upmarket hotel but for the money it's great. I'd recommend it!
