Modern, spacious rooms.

Couldn't open door to outside verandah and a lot of steps

Room was accessible for wheelchair. Bathroom was spacious.

Accessible door couldn't be opened from outside so 1 person had to open door into room from lobby & go and open other door to allow wheelchair access.

It felt like a 5 star hotel experience. From the welcoming tour, comfort and ambiance of the room!

I ordered an omelette for breakfast. I didn’t quite enjoy it.

Comfortable, clean and great breakfast. The staff are all very helpful and super friendly.

Smart furniture

Too susceptible to noise. It’s really a bed and breakfast. When we arrived on a Saturday afternoon we were told to order our dinner from Uber Eats. No dinner or lunch available during our three night stay. On the first morning the breakfast was very limited and we were told there was only instant coffee. The night before there was a rowdy party going on. When my wife complained she was told ‘Go to bed old woman’ then ‘how old are you- 60, 70 a hundred.’ The manager turned up on the Monday and we complained. The breakfasts improved and real coffee appeared, which he said was there all the time. Some staff were very nice, including the watchman. However I find it difficult to understand how this place received an award. No warning is given that this place does not stock alcohol.
