Great location and clean

Bad service and lack of understanding from staff. Tried to change to a suite but was refused even though it was available! Terrible delays with breakfast. 40 minutes wait for an omelette. Guests that arrived later were served first. Preferential treatment. Staff don’t check if you require anything. Just disappear! Not offered a menu. Order not written down so forgotten. Shoddy.

Well designed for both business and leisure travel. Spacious rooms, friendly yet professional service. Breakfast was delicious and caters to most tastes.

Kindly improve breakfast,maybe buffet breakfast would be nice….or illustrated be well articulated was is saved on breakfast..The waiters must in inform visitor what on the menu ..
