The location for me was perfect. Rooms very clean. Comfortable bed. Kind & courteous staff.

Check-in area was difficult for me to find. Staff spoke little to no English. No electrical outlets near the "desk." Breakfast was hard to find and was a bit sparse.

Alessia made my husband and my stay great. She is truly and assets to this place She went out of her way in every way. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She made our stay very comfortable. We are from Canada and she made this stay one of our best stays in Italy. We have been gravely for five weeks here and she made this stay a true my great experience. Not much. Good accessibility due to close location to highway. Bed was comfortable. Aircondition in working condition.

Nice photos on the website which do not show the real picture. Place is more an event location. Hotel seems to be a side business. Upon arrival need to search for reception as there are no signes for hotel or reception. Whole place is old and needs a major renovation. Pool is there but is was dirty (dirty water and dirt in the water) and there are no possibilities to lie down. First room had a broken lock, in the second room the shower was dripping the whole night. Room is loud due to main road just outside. Dirty appliances.

The hotel was spacious and grand looking and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked this hotel whilst on mobile roaming data so couldn't really look into it a great deal. It has an out of town location so you either have to drive or get a taxi into the town for food/drinks as it doesn't have a restaurant or bar. A taxi cost us approx €20 and reception were happy to call one for us to go into the town centre. Although getting back was difficult as there seemed to be a lack of taxi's in the centre at night. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok, nothing exciting. It is a hotel which holds events ie weddings/confirmations etc. There was an event whilst we were there so was noisy but it didn't last all night.

No bar or restaurant so you had to go out (but it may state that in the description and we missed it)

Beautiful place and helpful staff

Cold. No central heating in winter. Heaters per areas that take time to warm. Best to in summer. Racist local clients that ruins your breakfast, the most important moment of the day. Not a great experience.
