Grami Hotel

Местоположението на хотела е отлично. В съседство има доста добър ресторант на прилични цени. Персоналът е отзивчив и любезен, а храната е много вкусна и достатъчно разнообразна за всеки вкус.

Нищо, което да зависи пряко от хотела.

Малък хотел с изключително организиране на пространството. Стаите са обзаведени с вкус и има всичко необходимо. Навсякъде има кътчета за отдих. Особено приятно впечатление ми направиха лоби терасите към всеки етаж. Персоналът е много любезен и отзивчив. Храната е разнообразна и много вкусна. Спа центърът е малък, но има сауна, парна, солна баня. Басейните са малки, но с топла вода.

Срещу хотела се строи. Ние бяхме през почивни дни, но в работни ще е малко шумно.

Хотела е много добър. Храната е превъзходна и разнообразна. Басейна е чист и добре поддържан. Персонала е вежлив и усмихнат. Препоръчвам.

По време на нашето гостуване до самия хотел има строеж. Стаята ни гледаше към строежа и беше шумничко. Но те все някога ще го построят 😊 Стаята ни беше много тъмна (мансарда) Ако не е малкото прозорче, не можеш да се насладиш на гледката към красивата планина.

The following advantages: 1) Tasty food 2) Location is superb. Close to gondola station. 3) Staff is really friendly and always ready to help 4) Mountains view from the room

The following negative moments: 1) No hot water during some evenings (not sure why that happended. Probably because of old engineering system in the hotel and using SPA facility in parallel) 2) No shower curtain, so when you take a shower all bathroom floor is moist (in the water) and it is difficult to use (danger to slip and fall down)

Per total, locația ne-a depășit așteptările. Camera nu a fost pentru pretențioși, dar nu am petrecut prea mult timp în cameră. Fiind la mansardă, nu am avut balcon, iar asta ne-a lipsit (dar am știut dinainte acest detaliu). La partea de facilități, nota 10+, vom detalia: piscină interioară și piscină exterioară cu apă încălzită, saune, șezlonguri afară pentru reprize de bronzat. Masa - excelentă! Am avut demipensiune, iar mâncarea a fost grozavă, atât dimineața, cât și la cină (varianta de servire - bufet; bucătarul merită felicitat, la fel ca și restul personalului). Parcarea a fost în curte, dar sunt și câteva locuri în jurul hotelului, pe stradă. Concluzionând, vom spune faptul că ne-am simțit bine și sperăm să revenim! Overall, the location exceeded our expectations. The room was not for the picky, but we didn’t spend much time in it anyway. Since it was in the attic, we didn’t have a balcony, and we did miss that (though we knew about this detail beforehand). As for the facilities, a solid 10+: indoor pool and heated outdoor pool, saunas, sun loungers outside for tanning sessions. The food – excellent! We had half board, and the meals were great, both at breakfast and dinner (buffet style; the chef deserves congratulations, as does the rest of the staff). Parking was available in the courtyard, but there are also a few spaces around the hotel, on the street. In conclusion, we can say we had a good time and we hope to come back!

Everything was perfect, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had all of our needs accommodated - travelling with small children and pets. The facilities were clean and the food was better than some of the expensive restaurants we visited in the area. There were really nice spaces for gathering with friends - the garden and the balconies, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back!
