персонал очень отзывчивый, расположение удобное, достаточно чисто, в номере есть холодильник. удобная кровать

не 4 звезды в обычном понимании, но твердая 3. Не хватает полотенец - 2 полотенца на человека это мало, сейфов нет, чая нет, шумновато в номере - лучше выбирать номера с окнами на улицу, а не во двор, там ресторан. Интернет слабый.

Konum gayet güzeldi ve gezilecek lokasyonlara yakındı. Personelin Türkçe bilmesi güzeldi. Ödeme konusunda yorumlardaki gibi zorluk çıkarılmadı istediğiniz zaman ödeyebilirsiniz denildi. Akşam yağmur yağdığında otel sahibi beyefendi kendi şemsiyesini bize verdi ve çok kibardı.

Otelden gün içinde gezmek amaçlı dışarı çıktığınızda anahtarı bırakmanızı istiyorlar. Bu durum pek hoşumuza gitmedi. Bunun haricinde herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Gayet güzeldi.
