La atención y profesionalidad de la persona que parecía ser el gerente. Perdimos el vuelo de enlace (por causa imputable a la compañía) lo que supuso no llegar a Batumi el día previsto. Pues a iniciativa del hotel, no se nos cobró esa noche. Otros detalles positivos. Se puso en contacto con la compañía de coches de alquiler cuando esta se estaba retrasando. Y nos cambió laris al mejor tipo de cambió que yo viera en la ciudad.
