Overall cleanliness and hygiene were disappointing. Our first room was not properly cleaned, and although the second was slightly better, we still noticed some bugs and heard scratching near the AC at night. The bathroom layout meant that showering made the whole area wet and slippery, and the toilet and floor didn’t feel fully clean. The shower water was also only lukewarm in the evenings (hot in the morning). Staff did accommodate a second room for us after we said we were very unhappy. At breakfast, while the food tasted good, hygiene around the buffet could be improved. Food was left uncovered, and staff and guests were coughing and sneezing nearby without masks or gloves, which felt uncomfortable. Noise was a major issue. The walls seemed very thin, and we were often disturbed late at night by music and children running and shouting in the corridors, so we didn’t sleep well on any night. Some bedding and towels also felt damp, which didn’t feel very fresh. We also had problems getting a table at breakfast on some mornings, and parking spaces were limited. Given the original price for 7 nights, we felt the overall value for money was not where it should be.

The receptionist was a cheater. The personnel in kitchen and dining area were behaving like goondas. My worst stay.

Nothing really

Shower and toilet & wash basin were all in one room with no separation so if you use shower all room is wet and cannot really be used until the floor is dry
