How lovely to stay in a family run pub/B&B. Anne runs the kitchen, and her husband Tom, the bar. I had evening meal, which Anne put together for me despite my not having booked, and having a full restaurant. And breakfast was beautifully cooked - I had a veggie cooked breakfast - and there was lovely fresh fruit salad too. I felt well looked after.

The location was perfect for a wedding nearby and Sunday lunch in Bruton. The staff were beyond kind and helpful - and very much appreciated by us both. And the view was glorious! It’s an old pub and typically very cosy and relaxed.

Lovely views from the beer garden and cosy/inviting indoor bar with friendly staff/owners. Dinner of home made pie with a good selection of vegetables was excellent. Comfortable bedroom with good shower. Great freshly cooked breakfast using quality products served by friendly and attentive staff.
