It was beautiful heritage building, kept well.

Lovely, varied breakfast by the pool. Great assistance and prompt staff.

Slightly run down appearance ,could have done with a wardrobe to hang clothes and such additional toiletries such as shower gel etc...

Unfortunately, the hotel needs a big refurbishment and a lot of investment to bring up the standards to match the price being asked. Currently, it is looking quite shabby and in need of a lot of TLC. The bathrooms are very basic and look like prison bathrooms. The rooms need care, repairs and warmth to make them more conducive to a heritage hotel. The price is too high for the quality of the rooms. I shared this with the staff who were understanding and friendly but the experience was rather disappointing from a room experience point of view.

Dobra lokalizacja, ładny budynek, bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji, choć dość długo się na nie czeka. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa - zorganizowali nam przewodnika po mieście i transport do kolejnego miejsca podróży.

Pokój był duży, ale dość ciemny. Mimo czystości panował w nim nieprzyjemny, stęchły zapach, a nie dało się otworzyć okna. W łazience do mycia tylko mydło, brak szamponu. Następnym razem wolałabym dopłacić i zatrzymać się w lepiej utrzymanym miejscu.
