The Hotel was clean and the rooms are maintained well.

The service is extremely poor. There is lethargy in the service and the response to service is bad.

"Fabulous"

Helpful staff. Had an early morning flight so the staff packed lovely breakfast too. The TV remote didn’t work but all else was good

Close by rooms could have been lovely, but it wasn’t too far

1.The hotel new and clean 2. Staff are nice and friendly

1. Noisy Songs up to midnight in the Corridors, even when we tell the hotel staff to reduce it they won’t. 2. Very rare to find understand English 3. They charged us higher rate when we extended our stay. 4. Very limited breakfast (most of it spicy food)

"Two nice days in Kochi"

Close to the metro and great restaurants like Calicut Notebook and Charcoal Shack.

Breakfast could have more continental choices.
