"overall our stay was delightful except for the breakfast."

I think the breakfast menu can be improved on the variety of food choices.

A buffet spread for breakfast would have been ideal, whereby one can sit & slowly enjoy their early morning meal.

"Exceptional"

It was exceptionally a very clean place. No noise of any traffic or ambulance sirens. The staff are always there to help you. We chose the location as it was close to our friends house. For the price it was excellent.

There was nothing to complain about. Everything was done in a breeze right from check in to checkout.
