Clean room and wash rooms. Parking facility good.

Even after repeated request, the front office staff refused to issue two key cards. We have already made the payment and when asked for refund, as we're no more interested in staying there, they said it is not possible. It's very difficult without two cards, when two people are staying in a room and each one heading different ways. All standard hotels issue two cards when you check in. Don't know how much they gain from this. The quality of breakfast served was pathetic.
