NLThe staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a noise complaint about our neighbors, and they quickly resolved it. The building has very beautiful design. They have a fan in the room which is sufficient, you don't need AC in Dalat weather. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast has a lot of authentic local options. Many restaurants and cafes are around.
Can't mention anything I didn't like.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the sewers right in front of the hotel. It smelled yucky
