Staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Never smiling. Wanted a map and that was a drama. After asking three times and insisting we finally got one. Breakfast was terrible - eggs not cooked properly. Only two fruits available (odd given the number of fruits grown locally). Loud guests and children late at night very disturbing.
