Clean, looks new. A lot of plants and flowers.

The breakfast was mainly Asian, for me lacked choices. The staff was correct and efficient but I would have liked them to be more welcoming and smiling - like the Vietnamese people usually are.

Set in a good location walkable to Crazy House, beautiful design of the hotel and the rooms. Best part was the delicious breakfast buffet served in the early morning.

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned upon check-in and we had to ask the staff to have housekeeping come to reclean a smelling toilet.

The hotel is basically style over substance. The pictures looked clean and modern but the facilities are substandard. We had a family room where the shower doesn't work properly. They keep trying to fix it to no avail and in the meantime asking our family to pack our stuff and go to a spare room to bath. I requested a refund so I can rent another place as bathing is a basic requirement but they refused and kept trying to fix it instead. Despite replacing the whole shower kit the water was weak and would go from boiling hot to cold without touch. They offered a discount on the room but given the inconvenience and how much I paid overall I would never stay again. Save yourself and book elsewhere
