Todo muy bien. Solo el agua de la alberca un poco sucia. Lo demás todo muy bien.

No air condition! The room was very hot when we arrived! In March!? Water was hardly running! Breakfast far too late!!

Location ok - further to 'downtown" area of Ajijic than expected

Attitude of receptionist at arrival AND next morning. Abrupt and rude Breakfast (& more importantly coffee) not available first morning until after 8:30 Hot water for shower not available first morning until well after 8:00 (had to call reception)

Muy agradable y limpio el hotel. Solo las cortinas dejan pasar mucho la luz y no había jabón en la regadera. Detalles menores comparado a lo agradable que es el lugar.

The grounds are beautiful, there is a scent of flowers, the pool, the breakfast, the location, all great. The room was comfortable. I was able to borrow a yoga mat.

The in-person desk closes at 3:00. I had to reach the staff off hours and they were slow to respond. There was a party one night and the noise/music went until 1:30 am, was supposed to stop earlier.

No me volvería a hospedar ahí, la mujer que nos recibió me colgó el teléfono muy majadera, se hacía que no hablaba bien español, como que no entendía y fue majadera. No me gustó para nada, la habitación que me dieron no fue la que reservamos, la cama era mas pequeña, el check in antes de las 11 que les pasa? Apenas vas despertando y tienes que irte. No recomendado.

Beautiful garden, very peaceful, quiet. Great atmosphere. Good WIFI, comfortable. Pretty good breakfast

No coffee until 8:30 AM. Would appreciate coffee earlierA
