We booked based on reviews The room was nothing like the photo we booked two nights and only stayed one . The hotel is very drab and dirty looking No hot water

Great location just a minute or two from the beach. I liked that it was looking on to the street as you got to see the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Agonda. Rooms are comfortable and clean and having a balcony and a kettle were nice touches. It was nice to be able to sit in the restaurant or in one of the communal areas. The WiFi was pretty good too.

The owners are friendly but the serving staff weren’t as friendly as in some of the neighbouring restaurants / accommodation. It was hard to get a smile.

The staff were intimidating and not very welcoming just staring at you as you walk in and out of the hotel. Not friendly at all! Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

The path to the beach needs to be kept clean, unfortunately it is littered.

The location was great. There's a little gate at the side on to a path that leads directly to the beach. The guest house is an older style building, which was fine with us. It was very clean and the white cotton bedding added to the freshness. Also appreciated the big new fridge. There was a nice balcony where you listen to the waves crashing and see glimpses of the sea. The staff were all super helpful. We originally booked 10 nights, but added another two as we were having such a great time. We will definitely return.

There was nothing we disliked. But it was a shame that the restaurant had very few customers. When we ate there, the food was excellent and very good value. But the space lacked character with cars and scooters parked inside. and whilst perfectly functional needed something to liven it up.

It was very close to the beach, and to “Zest” the best cafe in the area Tv worked

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, very comfortable and clean.

Resteraunt was bit quiet at night.

Lovely location, the quaint streets of Agonda on one side and the beach on the other, liked the vibe of the place!

Parking could do way better, the property doesn't have enough space to park.

Nice rooms, good amenities and not too noisy. Would stay here again.

The wi-fi was slow.
