Everything, wonderful!!!

Location is good, very close to the main junction and close to the beach. Proper concrete structure so outside noise and insects are not a problem. Staff were polite and helpful. Adequate parking for 2 cars and about 4-6 two wheelers. The room included a mini-refrigerator and electric kettle, useful for those who like to sit in their room and sip their choice of beverage in solitude/privacy. There's shelf full of books too, I didn't read any though. The restaurant attached has enough seating for around 20-25 people at a time, if you're in a largish group. The restaurant also is street facing and not beach front, so I did spend most of my meals at other beach front restaurants.

The room I got was just about adequate. Two people with lot of luggage would struggle to find place to put all the stuff, other rooms with higher tariffs are probably better. Didn't get hot water in the night in the shower, probably the hot water storage is limited and gets utilized quickly. It was somewhat warm so didn't find it too much of a problem.

Very nice people on site. The room AC worked in the room and the bed was OK.

The place is a half step up from a back packers...but way more expensive than it deserved to be. We took the time to look about for alternative places within walking distance and found many of a way higher standard for a small increase in price. Even by Indian budget room standards this place is scruffy and whilst superficially clean, it really wasn't at all well looked after. The bathroom whilst wiped down wasn't cleaned properly and hadn't been for a long time. There are no factual inaccuracies in the description of the offer, however, don't get your hopes up.

great location, very near to Agonda beach. clean rooms, hot water available, AC working, staff polite.. has rooms with balcony, pet friendly, welcoming host.

Food is really delicious. Naveen has guided us with selecting the best Goan cuisine. Agonda Beach is just behind the guest house 50 metres away. Great Location & good food.

Except towels and blankets and the bed/ cots nothing else was provided. They had issues with electricity/ WiFi. I think other than these atleast a kettle, basic cooking area/ cutlery can be provided at these home stays. There was nothing

There’s nothing I liked about the property, literally nothing.

Everything about the property, the location, the staff, the room, the amenities, the bed, there’s no Airtel network inside the stay, wifi isn’t working, washrooms are absolute worst, water is clogging, hand flush is leaking.

Everything was good. Beach is at walkable distance.
