There was no breakfast

There was no hot water and no breakfast for our whole stay.. They did indicate that here will be no breakfast on the 16th but t was not the case.. All the Das we stayed there was no breakfast

"We tolarated because we had payed"

The carpet was smelly, water was brown and we woke up on the last day with water running low... How do you not have borehole running a hotel?
